Contemporary style and typically Italian atmosphere: these are our locations. Recognizable but very different in terms of characteristics: we choose post-industrial buildings or similar, surprising, spacious places... a research inspired by our "spirit of recovery".
We took the time to understand our founder's vision and ambition… for us at Luigia, beyond the kitchen there is more. That's why we created Luigia Academy. Shared space for education and professional training, laboratory for culinary and circular economy experiments: our future also passes through here.
