The Academy Luigia makes use of the best specialists in the field of the circular economy. An important resource for studying, experimenting and implementing solutions that reduce the environmental impact of our restaurant business, in terms of energy, logistics and waste management.

Course activities:

  • Visit to the vegetable garden and explanation of the principles of sustainable agriculture
  • Circular economy: composting of self-produced fertilizers
  • Harvesting and trimming (on request)
  • Preparation of a lunch with products from the garden

The order becomes effective only with the return of the signed contract.
